Jennifer started dancing at the tender age of five, and by the age of eleven, she had acquired extensive training in jazz, tap, and ballet and was performing in theatres with local dance troupes. In high school, Jenn captained the dance team, and in 1996 she received in dance degree from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Jennifer began teaching at FADS Hanover after graduation. She is highly regarded in the region as an exceptional dancer, a compassionate teacher and a dedicated professional.

She had her first professional job at the age of sixteen dancing as a soloist in The Nutcracker with the North Star Ballet in Fairbanks, Alaska. Michelle attended the Hartt School at the University of Hartford and graduated in 2003 with a B.F.A. in dance performance. Upon graduation with her B.A. in psychology, Casey continued on to graduate school to obtain her M.B.A., but continued dancing throughout her studies. After five years in a career in marketing and public relations, she chose to make a career out of her passion for ballroom dance and is thrilled to be a member of the FADS Belmont family.
